Osteopathic Manual Medicine (OMM)

Techniques that directly treat the structure of the musculo-skeletal system: muscles, bones, fascia, tendons, and ligaments. This  includes myofascial release, muscle energy, craniosacral, and select muscle strengthening and stretching.  Stretching, strengthening,  and postural exercises will be prescribed.  Treatments are $100 per hour.  Length of treatments will vary depending on the complexity of the case.  Please bring shorts and/or a tank top to wear during your examination.
  • Initial Appointment: 60 ($100) or 90 ($150) minutes depending on the complexity of the case
  • Follow-up Appointment: 30 ($50) or 60 ($100) minutes depending on the complexity of the case
  • OMM Package: $400, come in for 4 hours worth or treatments and receive 2, 30 minute Follow-ups for free

Acupuncture

All acupuncture appointments include tongue and pulse analysis, herbal consultation, dietary analysis, lifestyle recommendations, and traditional Chinese bodywork therapies. When needed, herbs are additional and run about $10 per week.
  • Initial Appointment: $70, 60-75 minutes
  • Follow-up Appointment: $55, 45-60 minutes
  • Package of 2 Follow-ups: $95, save $15. For mild to moderate conditions or regular preventive treatments.
  • Package of 5 Follow-ups: $225, save $50. For chronic or complicated conditions or regular preventive treatments.
  • Pediatric Acupuncture: $35, Initial Appointments and Follow-ups
  • Senior Acupuncture (65+): $35, Initial Appointments and Follow-ups
  • Stop Smoking Acupuncture: $35, Stop cravings, reduce irritability, facilitate detox. Short treatments done every day or every other day as needed. Appointments are 30-45 minutes. Typically 2-5 treatments are adequate.
  • Wellness Package: 30 minute Massage + 30 minute Acupuncture session for $70.  A great way to sample some of our offerings and learn first-hand the synergistic benefits of combining two different treatments.

Herbal Medicine

Initial Appointments are 45-60 minutes and include tongue and pulse analysis, dietary analysis, and lifestyle recommendations. Follow-ups are 20-30 minutes. Herbs run about $10 per week.
  • Initial Appointment: $55 + cost of herbs
  • Follow-up Appointment: $40 + cost of herbs

Massage

We currently offer five different types of Massage, providing you with a wide range of choices. Our Massages are always customized according to your goals and preferences.
  • Therapeutic Massage: an integrative combination of multiple techniques to treat your pain and improve your flexibility and range of motion.
  • Deep Tissue Massage: deep work designed to address chronic tension and pain utilizing techniques like Trigger Point Therapy.
  • Relaxation Massage: light, soothing massage for stress relief and general relaxation, with broad, gentle strokes.
  • Maternity Massage: massage for all the symptoms of pregnancy: stress, back pain, edema, fatigue, sciatica, insomnia, and postpartum recovery.
  • Reflexology: massage focused on the hands and feet as they reflect the body as a whole, especially good for promoting emotional and physical balance.
All of the above varieties of Massages are available at the following rates:
  • 60 minute Massages: $75
  • 90 minute Massages: $100
  • Package of 3, 60 minute Massages: $195, save $30
  • Package of 3, 90 minute Massages: $255, save $45
