Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine

Initial Appointments include a 30 to 45 minute consultation and an acupuncture treatment.  Follow-ups include a 15 to 20 minute re-evaluation and a treatment.  Herbal consultation, dietary analysis, lifestyle recommendations, and Chinese bodywork therapies like acupressure, cupping and moxibustion are included when needed at no extra charge. If they are prescribed, herbs run about $10 to $15 per week.

Therapeutic Massage

Our massages include a brief consultation and are always customized according to your preferences and areas of concern. We combine therapeutic techniques like Connective Tissue Therapy, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Swedish, and Trigger Point Therapy.  We also offer massages for women in their second and third trimesters and post-natal massage.  Please click here to learn more about the different massage techniques that we use.

Osteopathic Manual Medicine

Initial Appointments include a 15 to 20 minute consultation and an OMM treatment.  Follow-ups include a brief re-evaluation and treatment.  OMM directly aligns and balances the structure of your musculo-skeletal system using hands-on techniques like myofascial release, muscle energy, craniosacral, and select muscle strengthening and stretching. Please bring shorts and a tank top or sports bra to wear during your examination.
  • Initial Appointment: $70 per hour, about 60 minutes
  • Follow-up Appointment: $70 per hour, about 60 minutes
  • Package of 3, 60 minute Follow-up Appointments: $180, save $30
