Our Office Policies
- We ask that you make any cancellations or scheduling changes at
least 24 hours in advance so that we have an opportunity to fill
your time slot. There is a charge equivalent to the value of the
scheduled treatment for all no-call, no-show missed appointments.
- All
fees are due at the time that services are rendered and products are received.
- Forms of payment that we accept include cash, personal
checks, Master Card, Discover, and VISA.
- We accept Flexible Spending Account cards and all of our
services
are covered by Health Savings Accounts. If you have the type
of
insurance that will reimburse you, we can provide you with
the
proper billing codes so that you can file a claim.
- There is a $25 sur-charge for returned checks.
- Please advise the Center of any changes in your personal
information, especially your address and phone number.
- Yes, we accept walk-ins! Please understand that scheduled
appointments take precedence.
- We
pledge to never discriminate against our patients due to age, race,
religious affiliation, gender, physical disability, sexual orientation, or economic status.
- We only stock herbal medicines that have been screened for heavy
metals, adulteration with pharmaceuticals, and ingredients
from
endangered species.
- We
offer you a non-toxic healing environment. Our space was built out
with environmentally-friendly materials and we use only recycled
paper products and natural cleaners.
- We
will not give out your financial or medical information to your
insurance company, Worker's Compensation, your employer, another health
care provider, or any other entity without your express permission.
This includes your demographic information and information about your
past, present or future physical or mental health or condition. We have
safeguards at our office regarding storage and handling of all medical
files to ensure the privacy of this information and we comply with all
federal HIPPA (Health Information Portability and Accountability
Act) regulations.
