• Unless other arrangements have been made ahead of time, all fees are due at the time that services are rendered.
  • All payments for herbal medicines and other products are due when they are received.
  • We do not file insurance but are happy to provide you with the information you need to do so on your own. Please see our section on health insurance for information about Health Savings Accounts.
  • Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a $25.00 charge made for all missed appointments or appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
  • Please be on time for appointments. If you are late for your appointment, please understand that the practitioner may not be able to see you.
  • There is a $45 charge for returned checks.
  • Forms of payment that we accept include cash, personal checks, Master Card, Discover, and VISA.
  • Please advise the Center of any changes in your personal information, especially address and phone number.
